Researched and designed by Australia's premier health and fitness expert Ben Sammut in conjunction with a select group of doctors, sport scientists, dieticians and nutritionists from Australia, the UK and USA, the Living Lean program has been specifically tailored to rapidly remove acidic waste from the human body and to provide a strong alkaline detox. Many positive changes are experienced when undertaking this process and often include an increase in energy levels, reduced lethargy, improved skin health and an improvement in overall well-being. Weight loss is also a natural occurrence of this process. The primary goal of the Living Lean program is to improve the health of body cells. This is achieved by the removal of acid from the body. When cells are ‘unhealthy’ or ‘acidic’, the body is placed under enormous stress to maintain our blood pH which must remain between 7.365 and 7.465. ‘Unhealthy’ and ‘acidic’ cells present a number of detrimental factors that the body has trouble rectifying. Alkaline
